Disciplina et Dignitas

At the heart of LTRW Academy is our guiding principle:

Disciplina et Dignitas -  Discipline and Dignity.

We believe that academic excellence is built on structure, consistency and high expectations. Discipline provides the framework for growth; dignity ensures that every child is treated with respect, fairness and care.

In every session, students are encouraged to:

Arrive prepared

Engage respectfully

Develop resilience

Take pride in their learning

Our ethos is not about rigidity - it is about self-mastery.

Through disciplined habits and supportive guidance, students grow not only in knowledge but in confidence and character.

Our eldest son has been under the tutelage of Mr Allen for over a year now, and I am constantly reminded by what a good decision we made to incorporate him into our son’s learning environment. With a focus on English, I have seen a marked improvement in our son’s ability and focus, delving into grammar, comprehension and handwriting. However, what pleases me the most is that our son genuinely enjoys his lessons with Mr Allen. As a teacher, Mr Allen is incredibly adept at bringing enthusiasm and joy into the sessions, meaning that our son is in a receptive mood to take on board the knowledge that he is learning. I would happily say that Mr Allen has not only improved our son’s English, which was of course the focus of the tutor sessions, but more than that has improved our son’s confidence in himself and his ability. We would highly recommend Mr Allen, and have no doubt you too will feel vindicated in your decision to bring him on board.
