How the Mentorship Pathway Operates
Students are placed within a carefully structured tier aligned to their academic profile and developmental stage. Instruction is deliberate, pace is purposeful, and expectations are clearly defined.
Regular review points ensure alignment between performance, potential and trajectory, allowing adjustments to be made with precision.
This is a provision built on judgment, consistency and high standards.

Assessment Sitting
All students complete a formal assessment sitting prior to entry.
