LTRW TUITION
ACADEMY
Parent Partnership
Feel free to reach out to us with any inquiries or to join our waiting list. We are here to provide high-quality tuition and a supportive learning environment for your child.
Working in Partnership With Families
At LTRW Tuition Academy, we believe academic progress is strongest when families and tutors work together.
We currently operate through a structured 1–2–1 tuition model, allowing us to give each student focused attention and tailored academic support.
As we continue to grow, we are preparing to transition into small-group Tuition Centres, where students will learn within a disciplined, academy-led environment.
Our commitment remains the same:
High standards. Clear structure. Professional delivery.

Disciplina et Dignitas
At the heart of LTRW Academy is our guiding principle:
Disciplina et Dignitas - Discipline and Dignity.
We believe that academic excellence is built on structure, consistency and high expectations. Discipline provides the framework for growth; dignity ensures that every child is treated with respect, fairness and care.
In every session, students are encouraged to:
Arrive prepared
Engage respectfully
Develop resilience
Take pride in their learning
Our ethos is not about rigidity - it is about self-mastery.
Through disciplined habits and supportive guidance, students grow not only in knowledge but in confidence and character.

Current Tuition Model
Our Current Model: 1–2–1 Provision
At present, sessions are delivered either in the home or within private library meeting rooms.
This allows:
-
Personalised assessment
-
Targeted intervention
-
Rapid gap-closing
-
Confidence-building
All tutors are DBS-checked and have a minimum of three years of classroom experience.

Future Academy Provision
Tuition Centre Development (Coming Soon)
LTRW is developing structured Tuition Centres to serve a wider community of families.
These centres will provide:
-
Small academic groups
-
Structured English & Mathematics programmes
-
A unified academy culture
-
Clear behavioural expectations
-
A consistent, focused learning environment
To ensure quality and maintain our standards, each new class will launch with a minimum of six students, allowing for purposeful group dynamics and structured delivery. Cohorts will then expand carefully to a maximum of fifteen students per class, preserving academic rigour, individual attention and behavioural integrity.
Students attending the Tuition Centres will be invited to wear the official navy blue LTRW Academy hoodie with embroidered crest, reinforcing pride, discipline and a shared sense of belonging.

Attendance & Commitment
Commitment to Progress
All tuition is pre-booked in 4–8 week blocks.
Consistency is essential for measurable academic growth.
Where holidays are planned, at least one month’s notice is required to allow sufficient time to plan and reschedule where possible.

Session Arrival & Conduct
Arrival & Expectations
Students should arrive 15 minutes before their session to ensure a calm and focused start.
We encourage:
-
Punctuality
-
Preparedness
-
Respectful conduct
Developing disciplined habits is part of our ethos:
Disciplina et Dignitas.

Nutrition & Breaks
Food & Break Expectations
As LTRW is not a traditional school, students attending longer sessions should bring:
-
A packed lunch or light snack
-
A water bottle
Healthy, simple food choices help maintain focus and energy during learning sessions.
