Block Bookings​

All tuition is secured in 4–8 week blocks.

Notice Period​

A minimum of one month’s notice is required for planned holidays.

Cancellations

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: non-refundable.

• Emergency circumstances may be considered at LTRW’s discretion.

Tutor Cancellation​

A replacement session or refund will be offered.

​

Late Arrival​

Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
