Who Are We Looking For

At LTRW, tutoring is not casual - it is deliberate, structured, and outcomes-focused.

We are seeking tutors who:

Hold a strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent)
Ideally, possess QTS or formal teaching experience

Specialise in:
- Primary Mathematics
- Secondary Mathematics
- Secondary English (Language & Literature)
- Primary English

Have proven experience teaching groups of students (not only 1–1)
Can confidently lead small academic classes (6–12 students)
Demonstrate clarity of explanation and structured delivery

A number of our tutors also lead Assessment Sittings - a critical part of the LTRW admissions process.

These sessions:

Provide a clear window into a child’s academic ability

Inform placement decisions and forward academic planning

Strong candidates will demonstrate the ability to:

Assess with accuracy and professional judgement
