The LTRW Private Tuition Parent Network (“the Group”) is an official communication channel operated by LTRW Tuition Academy (“LTRW”).

By joining the Group, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of the Group

​

The Group exists solely to:

• Share official announcements and updates from LTRW.

• Communicate information regarding tuition programmes, events and centre operations.

• Provide guidance relating to private tuition and academic pathways.

• Extend opportunities to families interested in enrolling with LTRW.

• Facilitate responsible use of our Parent Share feature to connect potential new families with LTRW.

 

The Group is not intended to function as a general discussion forum.

 

 

2. Professional Conduct

All members must:

• Communicate respectfully at all times.

• Refrain from inappropriate, offensive or confrontational language.

• Avoid engaging in disputes within the Group.

 

LTRW reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inconsistent with the values of the Academy.

3. Prohibited Activity

 

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Advertising or promotion of external services.

• Solicitation for private tutoring outside of LTRW.

• Political, religious or non-educational content.

• Sharing of unrelated links, media or materials.

• Use of the Group for personal disputes or complaints.

 

Repeated breaches may result in immediate removal.

 

 

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

 

Members must not:

• Share personal information of other families.

• Circulate screenshots or messages from the Group externally without written permission from LTRW.

• Disclose internal operational information shared within the Group.

 

LTRW accepts no responsibility for unauthorised sharing by individual members.

 

 

5. Enquiries & Individual Matters

 

The Group is not a substitute for direct communication. Personal academic queries, safeguarding matters or account-related issues must be directed via official email communication. LTRW may not respond to individual requests posted within the Group.

 

 

6. Admission & Removal

 

Access to the Group is granted at the discretion of LTRW Tuition Academy. LTRW reserves the absolute right to:

• Decline entry.

• Restrict participation.

• Remove members at any time without notice where deemed necessary.

 

 

7. Disclaimer

 

Information shared within the Group is provided for general guidance only and may be updated or amended at any time. Participation in the Group does not constitute a contractual agreement for tuition services.

 

 

8. Parent Share Feature

​

• What it is: Parent Share is a link within the Group that opens a direct WhatsApp chat with LTRW. It allows you to share our website instantly with families you believe would value tutoring based on Discipline and Dignity.

• How to use it: Tap the Parent Share icon to open our WhatsApp chat. This tool is for connecting prospective parents with LTRW and sharing our official website, www.LTRWAcademy.com - not for general conversation.

• QR code: If you prefer, you can join the Parent Network by scanning the WhatsApp barcode provided. This will connect you to LTRW and enable sharing in the same way.

 

Misuse of Parent Share (e.g., sending spam, unrelated messages or personal disputes) violates these terms and may result in removal.

 

 

9. Amendments

LTRW reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
