1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern tuition services provided by LTRW Tuition Academy (“LTRW”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling a student, parents/guardians agree to these terms.

2. Tuition Provision

​

• Tuition is delivered on a 1–2–1 basis or in small structured groups.

• Sessions may take place in students’ homes or approved venues (e.g., private library meeting rooms).

• All tutors hold Enhanced DBS clearance and have a minimum of three years’ classroom teaching experience.

3. Booking & Payment

​

• Tuition is secured in 4–8 week block bookings.

• Payment is required in advance of the first session in each block.

• Additional specialist intervention (e.g., structured phonics planning) may incur an agreed fee adjustment.

 

 

4. Academic Outcomes

​

LTRW works to maximise progress through structured teaching; however, specific grades or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

5. Behaviour & Standards

​

Students are expected to adhere to the LTRW Code of Conduct (see below). LTRW reserves the right to suspend or discontinue tuition if behaviour repeatedly undermines learning.

 

 

6. Policy Amendments

​

LTRW may update policies periodically. Parents will be informed of material changes.
