Complaints Procedure
LTRW aims to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Step 1: Raise the concern directly via email.
Step 2: If unresolved, submit a formal written complaint. A response will be provided within 10 working days.
Step 3: A final review decision will be issued in writing.
All complaints are handled confidentially.
